I am currently in the process of doing an exchange online. The exchange process is not outlined at all anywhere on the website and so far the process has taken way too long and I am still waiting to receive my exchange. Recommend outlining and publishing an exchange process on your website that includes turnaround times and receipt of the new item.
My husband and I were first introduced to Superdry in Miami FL this October 2022. We loved the customer service and the quality of their sweatshirts and bought one for each of us. Then this December I decided to buy two more they were shipped out the same day and I got them two days later! I was so impressed and my husband was also we bought 2 more and again great quality and service.
Met a contractor who wears these boot like the look and style of them, I've been looking for a good pair of wellingtons with agressive tread since Red Wing went to casual boot tread. Seems like the heeler boot will fit the bill, just having a hard time finding a dealer local that still carries them. I want to try a pair in a shop rather than having a pair shipped that might not fit. Hopefully soon I'll be able to give a pair of heelers and a pair of Hobart's a try,
