Poor Graphic Design

I did not like the graphic design on the front on the booklets. I don't recall being given the option to review and approve the design before it went to print.

Great Product, Improve on Follow-Up

I received a flyer and sample pen in the mail and was impressed with the quality, so I ordered 200 pens. The sales rep I spoke with was helpful, and the proof and approval process went smoothly. After placing the order, I saw through the portal that it was delayed. I emailed the rep but didn’t get a response. When I called customer service, I learned the pens were backordered. I chose to wait, and the order arrived a couple of weeks later. Everyone was happy with the final product. I later requested a W-9 form by email, but again didn’t hear back. I got a quick response using the website chat. Overall, the pens are great and the ordering process started strong, but follow-up communication could be improved. I would still recommend Pens.com.

Customer service awful and coupons don’t work!

Horrible. Coupon codes don’t work and I was on a “chat” for over 1 hour for them to end up telling me it would not work on the product I was ordering. It took that long for them to figure that out. Crazy!
