The quality of everything I purchased was superb. I purchased underwear, long sleeved french terry, long sleeved performance wear, sweatpants, plaid wool shirt and hoodies. All of Superdry’s products wash well and are long wearing! I am a big fan.
i purchased a pair of pants online which they don’t carry at this particular store but that didn’t deter your employees from being sure to help in any way possible! they gladly accepted my return and offered me store credit towards any purchases. SO…i left with a new pair of pants,a sweater, and a belt. spent twice as much as the pants originally cost but it was all worth it due to the stellar customer service i received from your employees there!
Ordered a coat online that was either stolen or never delivered. Reached out to customer care where I had to go through multiple emails and had to deal with at least five different people. In the end they finally replaced the coat but sent me the wrong size. There’s no phone number to talk to a live person and I’ll now have to try to exchange in store because I can’t deal with anymore emails. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the store.
Advertised as free shipping and free returns. The jacket was 30% off. I was hoping it was similar to the one I bought for my wife. The material was very different than my wife's. It didn't feel very durable and the coat runs small so was uncomfortable. I tried to return and superdry said it was final sale. I had multiple confirmations that said I had 28 days to return so after a few emails they let me return. Be careful to read the return policy before buying on sale items. I'm happy I can send it back and I don't have to keep something I don't want.
