Zero accountability for messing up my order from beginning of July. Our company had a show in Las Vegas at the end of July. All items we received on time for our show, but the bottle openers, which we received three weeks after our show….. randomly in August…Like the boxes of pens that showed up I never ordered and had to send back. I contacted my rep Molly to have her send me a return label for the bottle openers. I didn’t need them three weeks after my event, so I wanted to send them back. Your company refused. Silly considering I am a previous customer. You completely dropped the ball in production, in your response etc. These items should have been delivered along with all of the other items I received. However you continued to say it was never guaranteed delivery etc. Ridiculous considering the other items were received. Someone in production messed up and you expect the customer to cover your payments even though you did not do your job…..
The rep helping was very accommodating and helpful. The products I order are great. Quality is better than I expected. However, I was told all my items would arrive before a said date (an event I had) and only 2 out of 3 arrived. I paid for expedited shipping. I tried contacting the rep who helped me, sent a few emails, received no response. Very strange
