Review Time
I liked the customer service I received when my tax-exempt wasn't working when I tried to check out. I love the quality of most of the items received so far, although I have not received everything from my order yet. I disliked that I am only getting some of the emails regarding my order and that my colleague, who also orders from you, had to forward me my notifications because they were sent to her by mistake. My biggest concerns are with the tumblers I ordered: first time I washed one, the metal at the top rusted and the thin coating of "what I do not know" on the inside is flaking off. Also, one order of tumblers is still missing-the blue ones 30 count. I am concerned about giving clients tumblers because the inside coating may be harmful if swallowed. I can send photos.
Successful Reorder; fast & easyHaving ordered the pen we wanted to reorder before, I was able to easily find it in my previous orders and reorder quickly without needing to provide new artwork. Pens were produced and shipped quickly. Happy to have them in hand.
HORRIBLE. Purchased promo items for tradeshow and used their "free express 2-3 day shipping" promotion. Order was completed via phone and the sales rep apparently put in the wrong address, which wasn't visible until the shipping notification. Company refused to correct the issue and wanted to "put in a ticket" to see what happened. My concern was getting the product on time. Their concern was following procedure with complete disregard for the deadline. Not a company to do business with. UPDATE: Pens.com reached out to me and provided an email so they could help. I sent the email. No correspondence back. I called. Nothing new. Then I called UPS. UPS has yet to receive the package, so the order is STILL at Pens.com where they are able to EASILY expedite the shipping, but due to apparently procedures and one dept not understanding the business of the other dept cannot help. Bottom line - all I'm trying to is get my order on time and they are useless. Good luck to whoever tries to do business with these guys.
The product is good but all the add on fees brought the cost up tremendously. One of my two orders never said anything about the tariff fee of almost $45 among other fees like the setup. Your shipping and handling fees have gotten ridiculous. I own a business and will be looking for more transparent options in the we’d future. To offer a lower price and then add ridiculous fee after fee does not help loyal customs like me want to continue doing business with pens.com
