On my second order for the Rose Gold Pens, I accidentally duplicated the order, but I called and talked to a lady in Customer Support that got things straightened out, and have since received the 2nd order. All is Good!Thanks for your understanding my stupidity with that duplicate order...my Bad!!I put a check in the mail today (8/28/25) for the total of both orders that I have received.Thanks!BD
Wrong color of pens. This was a re-order so I don't know it could be wrong. I contact customer support. Sent them pictures as they requested. I received a call a couple days later and they offer a 30% discount. All I want was the same pens and color that I ordered before. They responded with a 40% discount. I explained that I want the original colors to with my marketing strategy. Its been a week and I still don't know what they are doing. Therefore, I have to shop for a new supplier so I get them on time for our next home show.
I received my order and the pens are beautiful, however the first few pens that I tried did not work…I have Ince gone through a majority of them and have found a total of (22) pens so far that do not work
The initial pen order needed to be cancelled as our logo in the proof was not able to be printed as submitted. We cancelled that order and worked with your company to be able to select a bigger barreled pen that the logo would print well.We appreciate the help in getting our specified logo on a good quality pen. We are very pleased with the pens selected and the logo looks great. Thank you!
