I like the user interface/dashboard, however I do find your instructions on how to use and setup each of the functions limited, especially for those that are not particularly computer savvy. My biggest peave is that since I have installed ESET I seem to be plagued with Antivirus/Malware program ads, including ads from ESET wanting me to purchase ESET. These ads seem to come from both email and Web browser popups. In addition to Antivirus adds, I now seem to generally receive more annoying popup ads in my browser. Then to make matters worse, I receive an email from ESET stating your password manager software is being discontinued. This is only a few weeks after I purchased and installed ESEt which promoted a password manager as part of the many benefits to subscribing to your service.
This is the report from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I had them check my computer for spyware or malware.Repair Notes: Performed full scans. Hardware passes all diagnostics. OS and drivers updated and optimized. Removed 6 instances of malware, uninstalled Shift browser, cleaned 109 policies. Checked Edge and Chrome browsers for extensions and cleaned history.I thought ESET would catch unwanted malware.
This was my first time using my extended warranty on my Whirlpool refrigerator for a repair. I was never informed that I should set up an online account, so I had no choice but to call and go through the automated system and wait on hold until I could speak with someone to schedule a repair. I was able to get an appointment quickly, but the representative couldn’t tell me what company would be making the repair, which I thought was odd. The repair company sent me a text the day before the repair giving me a different service window than I was given originally, but I accepted it to get the work done. This repair company had been to my home before to work on my fridge and they do excellent work. The work took about an hour and everything works fine now.
On my second order for the Rose Gold Pens, I accidentally duplicated the order, but I called and talked to a lady in Customer Support that got things straightened out, and have since received the 2nd order. All is Good!Thanks for your understanding my stupidity with that duplicate order...my Bad!!I put a check in the mail today (8/28/25) for the total of both orders that I have received.Thanks!BD
