The software works very well and I trust in. I didn’t think twice about renewing your product. However, when I received a message to renew, you only included the choice to renew the “premium “ more expensive version. When I realized it- it too late to change. It would be helpful to your customers to list all choices for renewal.
The backpack that I ordered in consultation with your staff, is indeed too small. It is good for kids. It also cannot accommodate a 15" laptop as it was claimed. It does neither have a laptop sleeve.The mug that I ordered was perfect and as expected.
