Good for Small Business

Square has made accepting credit cards rather simple. I am thankful for the ability to accept credit cards as it has increased my clientele. Not everyone wants to/can pay with cash or check.

Square is horrible!

Square is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!! they have zero ability to respond to urgent matters and refuse to escalate and deal with problems that can cause a business to be significantly harmed. Been asking to speak to legal department. They REFUSE to do anything to help just standard bs processes so they can hold your funds longer. We STOPPED using them to process immediately before they harmed us too badly but still have over 7500.00 of our money. We will take legal action and file reports with attorney general. This is criminal.

Square is the worst Co

Square is the worst Co. To deal with for the following reasons:1) Their system doesn't communicate with the website. You have to force your menu several times to upload your changing to the website and most of the time it doesn't work.2) Their customer service has a few representatives who knows about fixing issues but the rest have zero knowledge. 3) The supervisor name Dominic never return a phone call, very very bad person. 4) If you talk to the customer service with frustrated voice they deprive you from calling them for 14 days really? What a Fup rules. Well, finally I got rid of them and installed clover who provide the best service ever. They will download all your menu and train you also, they will visit you several times to make sure you are OK. F you square.

These clothes run crazy small

These clothes run crazy small. 3XL fits like an XL and that’s not an exaggeration. Four different order all sent back for bad fit, $6.95 return shipping each time. Love the designs and I gave it 2 stars because clothes feel quality, however these clothes just don’t fit a big frame. Period.

Very helpful tool

All the services square offer have been an asset to growing my SB. It's easy to use and navigate. My only complaint would be the price. It seems expensive, although I haven't used another service to compare. Otherwise, great product.

Reliable Processor

Square is a reliable credit card processor for our small business. We never have to reject a customer's card. The communication/dashboard and daily reporting are easy to use. We do not use Square as a POS, but if that program goes down for us, Square is easy to key an entry later when electronics are restored.
