I did not finish this order and did not put my card number in because of the cost. Somebody at your company falsely proceeded to put my order in and if they did this to me, they have probably done in to some one else. Your company need to take a good look at the person who did this order.

I am being charged for something i did…

I am being charged for something i did not order. I order something totally different. I ordered sticky notes but not what you sent me. A rep put the order in for me and he put the the sticky notes. Therefore I feel I am not liable to pay for them. Even though I want the notes I originally order but afraid to try it again I might get the wrong thing again. I ordered calendars the same day and they are fine. I also ordered pens, all on the same day but have not received them yet. I hope they will be ok. I have sent payment for the calendars already but not for the sticky notes.When I originally got a reply from your facility there is a picture of the sticky notes I originally ordered.Cheryl Zielinski customer 15612169

The representative I was paired with (Nichelle Hall) appeared to be new or inexperienced. It took multiple calls just to get to the point where I could place an order. The process was quite cumbersome and required significantly more of my time than expected — to the point where I nearly decided not to proceed with the order.
