Review Time
After having an issue with an order two years ago I said I would never order from this company again after being a loyal customer for 20 years. This time two years later I decided to give it another chance and my order was messed up again. Both times they said they would have to research it. The first time two years ago it took them six months to resolve the issue. So this time when they said they had to research it I thought here we go again I should’ve known better. However after I spoke with customer service And was extremely unhappy because I did not understand what needed to be research there’s not a business in this world that would ever order product for an expo booth without the company’s name on it. After we hung up, I personally sent Peter Kelly the CEO a message. The next morning I received an email from National Pen company stating that I could keep the order they messed up at no charge and they would correct the mistake and send the corrected order. Because they responded so promptly and their solution to the matter was very fair and professional. I am glad this was handled to my satisfaction and my original order was expedited to me in time for my exhibit. This has renewed my faith in National Pen. Thank you, Tina Davis
I did not finish this order and did not put my card number in because of the cost. Somebody at your company falsely proceeded to put my order in and if they did this to me, they have probably done in to some one else. Your company need to take a good look at the person who did this order.
