I recently signed up for the online website builder. Initially, I had the option to subscribe monthly or annually after my free trial ended. At the time I chose annually, not realizing my decision would be locked in. During my free trial, I decided being charged monthly seemed for feasible for me. However, the website does NOT give you the option to switch to monthly after having chosen annual. I contacted customer service, they told me there is nothing they can do for my account, I either stay with the limited free plan or subscribe to the annual plus plan. I replied to them stating if they are what they call a website builder, it is NONSENSE they do not offer the option to switch to monthly. Instead of being forced to go annual for a plus plan, I am considering other options for my website in the future.
