This company is a scam. I bought three items for my fiancé to be delivered before Christmas 2025. It is now February 14th 2026 and I haven’t received anything all they keep saying to me that it’s being shipped. This company is a scam. I would not purchase from them. I am warning, everybody and anybody stay away from this company.
I received a sweater this week, and it was of poor quality. The picture made it look like a very nice sweater; however, I cannot wear this. I have no idea how to return it either. It was quite expensive, and it is not worth this price at all.
Lack of customer service; they disregard all evidence of incorrect shipments and insist on self-returning without any resolution guarantee. They take your payment and then offer an unreasonably low credit to resolve the issue. It feels like a scam.
I ordered two sweaters on 11/21/25 but never received them. The company claims to be based in the USA, yet I received an email stating my order shipped from abroad. As of January 14, 2026, I still have not received anything, and customer service provided no helpful answers.
If we could rate this company lower than one star, we would. We faced numerous unexpected charges, delays, and the quality of the item was unacceptable—more like gauze than a sweatshirt. Returning the item for a refund was impossible, and they denied all email exchanges.
I expressed my disappointment to the company, feeling misled. They claim to be a USA company, yet my package came from another country. The total cost was in US funds, but I was charged in foreign currency, and the product took forever to arrive. The quality was nowhere near what was advertised.
I strongly advise against this company. The products received were not as depicted online and were of very low quality. I was told I needed to return the items at my own expense, which is absurd, given the misleading advertising. I ended up with a minimal refund.
I ordered four shirts but received only two after over a month. They promised a maximum delivery of 14 days. When I contacted them about the missing shirts, they insisted I prove I didn't receive all of them. I can't provide proof since they shipped from abroad.
