This is the second time I've used US Cargo and they are awesome. Milke was a huge help and always communicated with me with updates throughout the whole process. Very easy process, I received my car within 10 days and shipped it across the country from Oregon to New York. Definitely recommend using US Cargo!

I have used their services three times now, and it was smooth and worry less. I transported 2 of my vehicles from Mesa,AZ to Milwaukee WI & Atlanta, GA and again from Milwaukee WI to Atlanta, GA and From AZ to Atlanta GA. That was one of the longest trips and the car was in perfect condition for all trips. I spoke with Kathy Winter and she was a great help and provided me with all the answers I needed. The prices are competitive and the service is great. It was my first time transporting a car and I could not be more satisfied. Definitely recommend their services!!Thanks US CARGO FREIGHT & Kathy

SCAM SCAM SCAM Some guy name Chris Williams gave me a price of $600 to transport from Detroit, Michigan to lake Jackson, Texas on the day of the pickup at the last minute they call me and try and charge me double I didn’t mind a few hundred dollars extra but to call me the day of when you had all week to communicate is just not the way you do business, hung up on me more than one time and offered to pay $50 dollars like that would make a difference they are 100% jokes and unreliable and don’t know how to treat customers I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use these guys EVER

Cue the disappointment.2) Carrier Shuffle Dance:Us Car-Go Freight Logistics stepped onto the stage, but their performance was far from stellar.Not one, not two, but multiple carriers were assigned. And guess what? They all canceled the pickup. No phone calls, just a solitary email on the day of the first scheduled pickup. Abrupt, impersonal, and utterly frustrating.3) Customer Service: The Silent Symphony:I reached out, hoping for a lifeline. But the customer service orchestra played a dissonant tune.Their indifference left me wondering if my car was destined to remain parked indefinitely.In summary, my car never embarked on its journey, and my patience wore thin. Avoid this drama at all costs.
