Review Time
I order a king size bed topper almost 2 months ago, paid $199 it has not been delivered. Apperently they cant track it, they want me to call the shipping company. I have wasted time with them and no answer, they cant prove delivery even though they show a picture of the front of my garage with my house number (looks like a google map photo) I have checked with neighbors to make sure it was not delivered to the wrong house, yet no package, so i am out a topper and $199. I have asked to have it resend it to me or get reimberused and they wont. SOOOO DO NOT ORDER ANYthing from here. The reviews of the product are not great either i should had read the prior to ordering.
I ordered the King Size mattress topper - it took a while to arrive. Once it did, I was disappointed in it. The site claims a 30 day guarantee. I have reached out twice stating that I wish to return it. No reply at all. No way to get in touch with them.The product is not bad. It is just not for me. I prefer a firm mattress cover and this is way TO SOFT. I used it for 2 nights in a row and I have not been able to sleep at all. They emailed me - I can return it..... simply ship to Australia. and they will then "review it" for a return.... that is their easy, simple return policy.Bottom line - use Amazon.
Didn’t think a mattress pad would change much but I was wrong. The bed feels fuller and more comfortable now, especially around my shoulders and back. It fits perfectly and doesn’t move during the night. Honestly feels like I avoided buying a new mattress.
I would give 0 stars if I could. What I ordered was WestMonth™ — Premium 1000GSM Bamboo TopperDark Gray / King . What I received was a thin grey fitted sheet, no joke. If there was a place to post photos I would. Customer service wouldn't budge. Wanted me to send the sheet back to Australia on my dime so they could evaluate the return. They are a scam, you will get crap for $199.99.
Item was vacuum packed and is not as advertised. When contact about return, you need to send it back to China at a cost of $120 to $460 depending on shipper. Nearly as much as the topper costs. Realize you are ordering from China with a long shipping time.
I ordered this topper, and it was nothing like the advertisement. It was flat and not fluffy at all. I emailed the company, but they kept telling me to return it at my own expense using any courier I chose. They said once they received and inspected the mattress topper, they would process it. Since they’re located in Australia, sending it back would have cost a fortune. Terrible customer service—don’t buy from this company.
