Disappointed

I wanted to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision.The product arrived in a completely unmarked box with no branding, tags, or documentation. Inside, the topper was vacuum sealed in plain plastic with nothing identifying it as a branded product.After opening and allowing time for it to expand, it did not match the advertised quality. There was very little fill, and it flattened immediately under normal use. It felt more like a thin blanket than a “hotel-quality” mattress topper.The return process raised additional concerns. I was instructed to return the item to an address in China and was told that return shipping would be my responsibility, as no prepaid label is provided. The cost to ship an item of this size internationally can be significant and may approach the original purchase price.The website also contains conflicting return policy language, including requirements for original tags and packaging, which were not provided with the product.I attempted to resolve this directly with customer service, but was only advised to return the item internationally at my own expense.Overall, the product and return experience did not align with the expectations set by the company’s advertising.I am still in the middle of the process to come to a conclusion.
