Review Time
I ordered a navy blue skort to wear on our vacation. I was shipped a white with turquoise stripe skort, which I would never wear. I do not have time before the vacation to get an exchange. I am returning it, but am being charged about $7 in restocking fee. Not my fault, but I have to pay.
Great company. I ordered a white swim shrug, and sadly after the first swim it turned yellow. They were open to investigate why this happened in the first place, but also easily sent out a new one in a different colour if I wanted to. Waiting for it to arrive now, but I think this solution to my problem is more than great and really thoughtful. Much appreciated and will definitely purchase something else if needed in the future!
I am completely blown away by the quality and style of these swim suits! They are stunning for a middle aged to older woman who no longer looks great in tiny swim suits. I bought 2 and they’re SOOOO flattering!! And the quality is over the top wow. But best of all I had to call customer service today on an order problem and they were beyond helpful. More companies should take a page out of UVSkinz book on customer care. Like them so much just ordered $800 of outdoor clothes before we start a summer of water sports. I highly recommend.
This review is to update everyone on a negative review that I left regarding the return policy on an item marked Final Sale. I was able to contact customer service and they made every attempt to help me with my situation. So, overall, I am happy with the service that I received.
Bought UVSkinz face shields and they were inferior to others I have from another company, and even from ones I've gotten as freebies at race events. UVSkinz are thin, overly stretchy and lack decent finishing. Didn't stay up or even on my head as a headband. Reviewed them accordingly and have gotten long emails - that's plural - about it because they are in some kind of denial that anybody would not love them. Customer service rep said she wanted to deal with this internally and not publish the review. Wow.
Here i am, stupidly going on an hour long hike with about 30 minutes of direct sun, thinking because I have on a uvskins hoodie with a shirt underneath me and my vitiligo should be ok. Here's me at home later, wondering why my chest hurts then realizing I got a good sunburn right on my vitiligo spots. More than a little under impressed. I'd attach a photo but I can't figure out how to do so.
