I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I requested a refund for my purchase, but the company refused to return the money and only offered a voucher instead. I clearly stated that I do not accept a voucher and prefer a refund.
My original bank account is no longer active, but I provided a new account number so the refund could still be processed. The company claims that for “security reasons” they cannot refund to another account, which is not a valid reason to refuse a refund in money.
According to consumer law, a refund should be made via the original payment method or another appropriate method in money. A voucher should not be imposed without the customer’s consent.
Despite explaining this, the company continues to refuse a proper refund.
Very poor customer service and not compliant with consumer rights.
