Review Time
I ordered a poster on May 14th, and it’s now August 13th with no sign of it. After 79 days, I emailed for an update and received no response, only an email stating it had shipped. Clearly, it’s not moving at all, and the delivery date has passed. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I’m out $54.24, including shipping insurance. The package is lost due to poor shipping methods. I can’t even leave a review on their website as I could earlier this year. This company and its service are very frustrating.
I received my order two days late from the shipping provider and found that many items were missing. The wait has been excessively long, and I paid a premium even before tariffs. Customer support is slow and unhelpful, leading to a growing distrust of the practices of content creators. No one from the company reached out to me, and I had to contact the shipping provider myself, who left me with no answers. It’s been a long wait, and I regret not just going to a convention to buy it directly.
I am experiencing the same issue as others. I placed an order on April 26th and am still waiting 90 days later. I keep being told there’s a delay, but it never arrives, nor do I receive updates. I've had vendors from far-off places respond and ship faster than this company. For a site that deals with larger merchandise, the wait for something as simple as a mousepad and sticker is unacceptable. After threatening a chargeback, they finally replied, saying it would ship in 3-5 days, but it’s been five days since then with no update. They do, however, send out numerous promotions and discounts. I've had experiences with sellers on other platforms who are far more communicative. I will never purchase from this company again.

I got baited by my love for waifus and their awesome designs, but the quality is super bad.I bought a Rainhoe hoodie for example, it was 90 bucks and the "sticker" starts peeling off after washing it twice. 30 degrees, no dryer and it was inside out as well. Apparently you have to wash their stuff by hand.I love the Sinder sweatpants I bought there, but my Rainhoe hoodie feels like it just has stickers on it and thats not acceptable for $96.
Unfulfilled order after 36 business daysOrdered 4 items on May 5th, still has not shipped. I tried contacting support a few weeks ago and they said it was still processing. I got a few emails it was on the way to a fulfillment center, then nothing. Would not order from here again.
Purchased some products on April 26, said on the website that the arrival is around 2 weeks, not even 1 day in and the delay 'TO SHIP' was up to 30 business days, passed said 30 business days I contacted them and they came up telling me that there were some misunderstandings with my order and it'll be delayed by another 2~3 weeks. Again... passed said 2~3 weeks I contacted them 2 days ago and, up until now, I have not received an answer about the products, shipping and why there's even more delay.tl:dr: Almost 3 months in and they didn't even ship my products yet.Update: They finally send a package to me (30/07) that was then send back becase there wasn't enough description to pass my countries customs, and now they just stop answering me (20 days already ignoring me). This is a scam. Especially if you're from outside the US, just don't buy, they don't know how to export products and are extremely disorganized.
Ordered a Jet Tag in April. It's still not here. Lmao.Customer service is "quick" but they just say "whoopsie we'll have it to you soon" and then don't. Threatening them with chargeback like the other people on this site suggest. If they actually give me the item, I'll update this.
Ordered a pair of joggers and a crewneck sweater, both fit a little tight but I chalked it up to difference in US sizing vs Asian sizing, which is very common. Because I know UWUMarket is not the actual company making the clothing, I flipped the merch inside out and looked for the original manufacturer's Care Tags, only to discover that UWUMarket had crudely snipped the original tag with scissors (couldn't fully get rid of it, since it was sewn into the collar) and sewn their own Care Tag onto the clothing after the fact. UWUMarket's tag listed the wrong cotton/poly blend and different care instructions, presumably because their cheap screenprinting can't survive the heat of a tumble dryer or iron. Looking up the same style of fleece-lined joggers from dropship companies, I can buy a pair for $5-$10 instead of $80. I can find the fleece-lined crewneck sweater for $10 as well. It's not the fact that UWUMarket doesn't make their own clothing (who does in this day and age?) but a $70 markup is egregious when smaller content creators talk about eating the cost of merch just so their fans have something to buy. If I'm paying $80 for a pair of joggers, the content creator is making a couple dollars *at best*, and the original pair of pants costs less than $10 to order, why bother with the middleman at all? I'll just pay the content creator $10 for a PNG and screenprint the damn thing myself. At least I can afford to use a heat resistant graphic.
Clicked there "free keychain" banner. Confirmed my email and it said free Keychain "no other purchase necessary " it then charged me for it full price without me ever clicking purchase, and their site doesn't allow for cancelation. Disgistig, lying, and predatory business practice.
