First time i purchased V1ce card

First time i purchased V1ce card. I have finding difficult to activate my self but i emailed the help desk one of the help desk person called John Rex emailed and arrange the teams meeting and gone through in details.John is very help full from the beginning to end. I am very happy about his service. I will recommend the Vice card to anyone

Poor customer assistance

I ordered 2 cards and when they came, a key point of the design was left out of the physical card despite it being on the pre-design that I approved, this was the text "made from bamboo" on the back of the card as this ties in with our brand.One card I have connected to my v1ce account and I really like the page design integration, it is easy to customise and looks good. However, the second card, when i scan to connect it to the account, it says it is already on another account. For both of these issues I have tried contacting numerous times. By phone on 5 different days, never any answer. By their in-site text channel on multiple occasions, last message was that there is no-one currently available and they will make it a top priority to get back to me, and still I am waiting the next day.After spending this money on the cards, I'd expect someone to be able to assist me at the very least.
