V1CE was always prompt and helpful when I used the customer support. When I had technical difficulties, I was grateful to John Rex who took me through step by step to resolve the issue. It was nice to have a proper video call rather than just more documentation.

The company provides a very cool product but with a product that requires design collaboration, most of the kudos (or criticisms) will come through that process. It's been a breeze thus far. Also, I had entered a shipping location for an office that we are getting ready to move into so I sent an email to get it changed to my home so that I could be assured of getting the cards. I received an immediate response from John who immediately made sure the corrected shipping address was made. Great customer service!! Thanks John!!
