Worst experience ever! I received my card and it was an absolute pain to set up. On of the instruction or set up links work and they just say it’s due to their new CRM system. Honestly, that’s not my concern when paying £70 for a plastic card. The least I would expect is tech that works. Avoid these guys, they’re rubbish.

You Can't Delete The App Elements

***UPDATE***Akshay Kumar, the operations manager, has been in touch with me regarding an updated GUI and UX for the V1CE products. This updsted app is going to fix all the issues I was having and this is exciting news. Better review now based on quick response and resolution. Original Review:A very disappointing product from the perspective of the GUI and UX on the app. When you make a social builder action you can not delete app elements that you link to the card. So instead of simply deleting the element you have to start from scratch. Not sure who thought this was an acceptable product in its current form but I deeply regret buying this and spending so much time trying to get my car correct. Avoid this product at all costs unless you like doing things over from the beginning everything time. The desktop version works better though. So at least there is that. But still haven't got my partners card and it's been a year.

The worst company that ever existed. FRAUDSTERS

The worst company that ever existed.I ordered some cards, the design team was good why to lie but then come the delivery stage. They gave it to the biggest fraudsters DHL. The DHL driver delivered it to a wrong address and then the game begins. Ofciurse DHL is not bothered so I reached out to v1ce and bot they don’t bother at all why coz they have made their monies I paid them. To them once you pay they don’t give a flying fish. I have been trying to chase so many times but guess what they are not interested. Believe me there are better companies out there who does the same service this V1CE does. They don’t don’t care, I mean they are responsible for the delivery but no as they got their monies they want to me to fight the battle with DHL , DHL is one of the worst company to work but together they have they brotherhood bind like two fraudsters getting the casino.I swear the word V1CE makes me sick to the guts. They are very dodgy and their customer service is S……T. Trust me stay away from them .. and don’t waste your time monies or energy

I'm not technically illiterate but…

Updated Review-Well I did get someone from technical support to reply to me and they gave me a calendar to set up an appointment and nobody showed to the Google Meeting. I did manage to spend the time reading through their Zendesk software to figure it out and it was pretty easy then.Their onboarding is not intuitive and really has the feeling of a thrown together startup without someone investing in good user experience and onboarding. But at least I figured it out. Upped them to 3 stars. --- Previous reviewI'm not technically illiterate but setting up the card makes no sense to me. I signed up and received the pretty card but when I login to my account it doesn't clearly show how to set up the card. Or when I scan it with my QR code it is not clear either. It seem like it promises so much but the delivery of the onboarding process is a joke and so overly engineered the user experience is awful. I reached out to customer support and no response yet. Hoping someone reached out to me to make this right or going to issue a fraud charge on my credit card.
