We just returned from a 15 day tour of Costa Rica. We booked the entire trip with Sebastian from Costa Rican Vacations. With my requests he booked a four location trip that included accommodations, transportation, and tours. We went with our two older kids (ages 15 and 21) and had an absolute amazing experience!!! Sebastian and his team were knowledgeable, easy to work with, reliable, and had great recommendations. We loved our tours (whitewater rafting, ziplining, jungle tour in Manuel Antonio, and snorkelling day). Our drivers were all on time, and one in particluar (Jose Mora) was phenomenal. Loved all of it!!!! Normally I research and book everything on my own, but have to say that Sebastian and his team made this such an easy and relaxing trip!!! Totally recommend them!!!

As a somewhat experienced traveller over many years, I can quite honestly say that Costa Rican Vacations is, without a doubt, the best company I have ever booked with.I booked a family holiday, from the UK, pre-Covid for the summer of 2020 which we finally undertook this August '22.Our dates, plans, itinerary and even number of travellers changed on several occasions - however, Molly, Luke & Lorenzo took it all in their stride - none of my "demanding" changes/queries were too much for them to duly handle. The very extensive package - 19 days of non-stop activities, (which even included a quick trip to Panama), was fully taken care of down to the very last detail.All our hotels/lodges were perfect; great facilities and locations, everyone we came into contact with greeted us with a great smile and first-class service. We encountered the most amazing wildlife, scenery and bucket list of our 'out of comfort zone experiences' however, everyone was very supportive, professional and genuinely friendly.I cannot find one single fault and I cannot praise them highly enough. If you are planning to visit Costa Rica, for your first or a return visit, don't even think about using a different company.Thank you to everyone who assisted us to have possibly one of the best holidays we have ever experienced.

My point of contact, Valentina N. gave me excellent advice and fielded endless questions from me. Once we got in country, we loved the hotel Valentina recommended so, so much that we decided to redo our itinerary to stay in location #1(MA) for the entire week. I made one phone call and this team unwound all logistics around location #2(la fortuna) and handled all logistics to extend in location 1(Manuel Antonio). As the manager/mom of the group, I felt like I had a super dependable partner in all travel matters. We had not one hitch! Call these guys!!!!
