Jordan put together an amazing trip to Costa Rica! She guided us through choosing activities, she listened to what we were interested in, and she always responded to any questions immediately! She made the planning process a breeze, and everything on our trip went seamlessly. Highlights for our family (with an 11yo and 9yo) were white water rafting, hiking with an amazing guide at Arenal, and everything about the service and quality of Nayara. My husband and I had the most amazing 3-week adventure thanks to Caitlin's itinerary. How many travel agents do you meet up with during your vacation and remain in contact with upon returning home? We explored quite a bit of the island, staying 2-3 nights in every place. All resorts were spectacular, but Peace Lodge, Savegre Hotel Natural Reserve and Costa Verde stand out! What I liked about exploring different areas is that we kept active and saw so much diversity. Mountains, rain forests, hanging bridges, waterfalls, beach time, wildlife, zip lining, white water rafting, Volcano National Park, natural pools, mud baths, snorkeling, horseback riding, and so much more. Caitlin had great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit when we rented a car for a week. My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and we were treated at multiple resorts with special gifts. What a nice touch! We were not disappointed and would highly recommend you choose Costa Rican Vacations and ask for Caitlin. She has experienced most if not all the places she recommends. To me, that is an asset when booking a trip. If you want a knowledgeable, will put every effort into your dream vacation, with a fun and outgoing personality, Caitlin is your contact! We're looking at visiting Costa Rica for the first time and my wife saw a link to Costa Rican Vacations and messaged them. The company took care of everything, from rooms, to shuttles, transfers, booking excursions. It was as turnkey as a vacation can get. Everything was documented and easy to follow, and taken care of. We communicated throughout the trip with Costa Rica vacations for recommendations, and any and every question. A 5 minute response was always there. One tiny hiccup that in my opinion turned into Costa Rican Vacations biggest win was we had an 3 hr drive with a bad air conditioner in a van. We messaged CR Vacations 10 min in and they immediately got another van sent to us while we were driving (within an hr to catch up) and paid for our lunch as well to cover the inconvenience. This above and beyond service after they already had nothing to gain except for a happy customer, shows they never stopped taking care of us on our trip/.

After adventuring into the rainforest, crossing hanging bridges, and swimming at La Fortuna waterfall, we enjoyed the beautiful views of Arenal from our private bungalow at Los Del Volcan. We then went to the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the refreshing waters at Playa Conchal, where we had a beautiful sunset catamaran tour, where they popped champagne to help us celebrate our honeymoon!

I usually do all of my family’s travel planning myself, but when we decided on Costa Rica, I felt overwhelmed.
