Sebastian at Cost Rica Vacations assisted us in picking a package that checked off all the points of what we wanted to see and do on our first trip to this amazing destination. Three days in the rainforest and five days on the Pacific Coast was all we had hoped for and more.
Anastasia was a joy to work with. She answered the dozens of questions I had quickly and thoroughly. She helped plan the best trip my family has ever had. Once we landed in Costa Rica everything was handled from the Covid tests to ground transport. It was very simple and worry free. Our hotels were upgraded. The volcano lodge was beautiful and the Parador was a 5 star resort and we had the best view in hotel from our balcony.

My husband and I just returned from an amazing trip to Costa Rica. We cannot say enough positives to get the full picture of how amazing our trip was. It started with Sebastian Rojas being our vacation planner. If other planners are half as good as he is, you will be extremely pleased with the service. Everything we asked for was provided as far as things to do and accommodations. There wasn't one glitch in the itinerary that Sebastian lined up. He was prompt with any questions and followed up on any important information such as COVID-19 updates. The beauty of the country is breathtaking to say the least and we experienced all of it first hand. Thank you Sebastian for taking care of us so well.

Then rescheduled everything because of the pandemic. Our in-country drivers were all timely, professional, and knowledgeable. When our cross-country flight was cancelled, Yermi scrambled and quickly made alternate arrangements for us. And we were promptly refunded the difference in price without even asking. Had a fantastic trip. Great excursions. Company very helpful from planning, rescheduling due to Covid, and once there very easy to reach if needed! All transportation professional and very clean.
