Amazing Vacation, I don't normally do reviews but this company did such a great job Im going to write one. They planned & organized our trip start to finish. Starting with immigration, had they not met us Im sure we would have been stuck for hours as the special travel insurance we bought wasn't one of the main ones & had to be approved before we could enter. Our escort translated for us & got us through quickly. Having never been to Costa Rica it was so nice to have transportation and tours taken care of. We had several changes before hand & they seamlessly adjusted our itinerary accordingly. The activities and hotels we all great! My only suggestion/complaint would be knowing all the activities in certain areas in order to make the best selection. In one area we did the cloud forest tour which was a bird watching walk in the rain for 3 hours. Not our favorite, had we known about other activates in the area we would have chosen something different. What a Beautiful country, we enjoyed our vacation so much. The monkeys on our balcony in Manuel Antonio was my favorite. Side note if you get motion sick take Dramamine the car rides between areas is very windy and rough. Overall great experience, would highly recommend Costa Rican Vacations to anyone.

We had some last minute changes with our airline (they cancelled our flight three weeks before we left) and they worked with us to quickly get the transportation and hotel changes updated in our itinerary. Working with Tara to get everything booked was great. She was very knowledgable and quick to respond. While in Costa Rica, the hotels and tours were amazing. We loved every part of our trip! I have already recommended Costa Rican Vacations to others and would absolutely work with them again.

This was the best vacation I have ever had! This was a family vacation for 13 of us and Costa Rican Vacations took the best care of us! It was wonderful and amazing. The buses were always there on time for the excursions that they had planned for us and every excursion was wonderful and the guides were fantastic! The hotels that they put us in were amazing as well! We were treated amazing and had the most amazing time! I can't say enough wonderful things about this trip and Costa Rican Vacations and our travel specialist Sebastian Rojas, he was wonderful! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be going back and will DEFINITELY be using Costa Rican Vacations again!

With the COVID pandemic, our trip was postponed. We traveled in November 2020 and it was amazing. Costa Rican Vacations handled everything for us; all the re bookings, etc. Everything was seamlessly easy.We flew into SJO and were greeted by a person from their company to walk us through the airport and customs. He helped us with our luggage and showed us to our driver who drove us to our hotel near Arenal. We stayed at the Lomas Del Volcan. It was amazing. Amazing food, people, had our own bungalow, remote setting, could see the volcano right out our patio. Everything was amazing! We went on a sloth tour, hiked the side of the volcano, went to the LaFortuna Water fall, went to the hot springs and white water rafting. After 3 days in the Arenal area, we went to Manual Antonio in which we were shuttled by the company in a private, new vehicle.We stayed at Costa Verde resort. It was again amazing. We went to the beach, National Park, markets, El Avion Restaurant, cooking class, tourist shops, etc. Every single person that helped us rolled out the red carpet. This was our first time traveling to Costa Rica and we will definitely be back and I will be using Costa Rican Vacations for sure. It takes the stress out of planning for certain!

I was booked for a trip before the pandemic and asked for a refund when we found out that we had to go under lockdown and could no longer go. My husband and I do not feel comfortable traveling due to our existing health issues - It is just too much of a risk for us. I am not asking to postpone again as we cannot go on this vacation. I am begging you to reconsider and help us get a refund as we are sadly not in the position to use this anymore and also cannot afford to lose this money as we are no longer working. Please help.
