Caitlyn with Costa Rican Vacations listened to what we were interested in and gave us a great trip. All the transfers were on time.The excursions (Waterfall repelling and white water rafting) we chose were excellent with knowledgeable guides who kept us safe too.
Our trip to Los Suenos Costa Rica was amazing! The whole family thought it was the best vacation we have ever taken. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with so much to see. The people are very friendly. Los Suenos is a beautiful resort with a lot of amenities: fishing, golfing, pools, restaurants. Anything you could ask for.The only downside is the beach area. It's not really a great lounging/swimming beach area. The water is very calm, but the sand is volcanic and more like mud than sand. There was no path to the beach from the resort either. Outside of the resort there was better beach access.We stayed in the DelMar condos which were very nice and spacious. We did not do any cooking ourselves, but the kitchen was stocked with necessities. We got the breakfast service which had them cooking us a nice breakfast every morning at our agreed upon time. The food was good and they had something new to go with the eggs, toast, and fruit every day. The golf cart rental is a must. It's about 1 mile to walk to the beach club and marina area so not too far, but more that I would want to do on a regular basis on vacation. You can use the golf cart outside of the resort too to go to a grocery store or nearby restaurants.The excursions were great. We fished, ziplined, and took an ATV tour. All were great. Just make sure you confirm pickup and departure times and locations.
Best vacation! Beautiful place! Loved the hotels my favorite Villa Buena Onda. Delicious food! The people are very kind and amazing! Clean very clean no garbage on the streets. Felt very safe in Costa Rica, Loved all my tours my favorite Rio celeste. Thank you! Will return.
We got an excellent service from Costa Rican Vacations and Tara. We would not have been able to arrange such a fantastic trip ourselves, staying on many different locations, booking all the activities and hotels etc. They were very good at taking our wishes into consideration when planning the route.There was only one hick-up, when they miscommunicated that we would be picked up at our hotel for our diving day, when actually we should have driven the 1hr+ ourselves to meet the diving guys at 0730am. Plus the company arranging the diving was quite bad.
This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I had no idea where to go or how to arrange to get there. I simply told her what we wanted to do in Costa Rica, and she found us hotels as well as transportation from the minute we arrived at Liberia Airport as well as for every activity we did and area we stayed in. It was flawless. We were contacted while on vacation to see how things were going and if we were having any problems. If I needed help, I knew it was simply an e-mail message or a phone call away. I definitely will travel with Costa Rican Vacations again.
We worked with Sebastian Rojas at Costa Rican Vacations for a last minute change in our travel plans for our anniversary. We were amazed that he could help us plan our vacation in less than 24 hours departure. He listened to what we wanted to do and made great recommendations for where to go and stay along with excursions and transportation. It was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation.
