I was pleased to receive my Eames chair replica on time. It was a high quality leather piece with a small amount of simple assembly. I would be happy to purchase this Eames replica or another piece from Valencia again.

We are very happy with the Artisan modern sofa & loveseat that we purchased from Valencia. The quality and style are excellent. The wood frame provides good support, and the sofas are an good size and height. They are comfortable and seem durable.

Bought my Valencia sofa sometime in…

Bought my Valencia sofa sometime in April and it got delivered 2 weeks ago. The sofa is buttery and beautiful. They really have great products and good customer service. I went down to the showroom just to make sure they are a legit company and I was pleased with the showroom lady she gave me all the information and told me about the delay of the sofa . Would definitely buy the accent chairs very soon.

Was told the wrong dimensions over the phone

Was told over the phone the chairs I wanted are 27" wide, inside seating dimension, wow, now me and my dog can sit comfortably together without me squishing him or me leaning over to one side so that he won't be pinched. So I went ahead and I purchased the chairs, based on their reviews, quality, and Canadian made. The chairs got lost in transit for 19 days after being shipped. Had to make numerous phone calls. New Year’s Day I spoke with the sales manager for the delivery company, he tracked them down and they arrived on January 3rd. Once the chairs arrived, one fell off the truck when the rear door of the trailer was opened and tumbled down my steep street, a few of the interior wires came apart on that chair, I decided the tumbled chair would be my main chair to sit in. The White glove guys never checked to ensure the chairs were operable before leaving, they were in my house approximately 181 seconds and left the packaging mess behind. White glove service? More like all thumbs And no fingers. Chairs were delivered late Saturday afternoon, Ontario was closed so I called back first thing Monday morning to inform them of the poor delivery service and more importantly, 27 inch wide chair turned out to be 21 inches wide, narrower than the two lazy boys I gave away for free just before New Year's. Fortunately, for me, it was the same person I spoke with when I purchased the chairs a month and a bit previously over the phone. I asked him if he could repeat the seat dimensions, he said, “no not off the top of my head, I’ll go measure the chair”, I said when I called you, you rattled off the dimensions immediately, so what are you saying you don’t know the exact dimensions? He said, “no, not exactly, I will go measure the chair. And obviously the dimensions he said over the phone we’re not the same as he did when I bought the chair. I was furious. Why would I buy a 21 inch wide chair, it was 2 inches less than my other two chairs totally defeated the purpose. He said, “I couldn’t even ship them back because the one month window had expired for Free return shipping, I said from what date did the return shipping expire? He said from the date of purchase, I said, but you had to make the chairs first. I said they got lost in transit for 19 days. I didn't even get them until five weeks after I ordered them. He said that’s not our problem, you have to pay the shipping If you want a refund, from British Columbia back to Ontario, I don't think so. Shipping bill would've been $4000. I said forget it, so I disputed it and received all of my money back through American Express and I got to keep the chairs, why did I get to keep the chairs because when I did an official complaint a few days later the CSR manager argued with me online saying that the sales manager would never give wrong dimensions over the phone. I said really, where is the proof? I can’t prove that, but I know he wouldn’t have given you the incorrect measurements. The CSR manager then said, the measurements are right there on our website!I said, “no, those are the outside dimensions.” In fact, I was correct and the combative CSR manager, everything he defended, was struck down as hogwash! I would not recommend this company to buy anything. they are very shady and they do not stand behind their return policy, whoever heard of the return policy that included the two weeks of manufacturing the product, haha, that's ludicrous. Nor do they even stand by their own written documentation, Whether it is in paper form or right on their website and with exclusions, excluded! For example, the brochure that came with my chairs, which by the way, has six blatant deceiving lies in it. A few of which are a battery operated back up power source for power outages, CSR manager says, "don't you know, everybody knows, you buy those off of Amazon, they don't come with the chair" as indicated, that’s just an example, he said lol Even the artist rendition of the example chair in the brochure was identical to my chairs. to a Tee! “That's just a sketch he said, I said, "really, even right down to the stitching detail" lol and on the very front of the brochure, indicates, lift chairs and theatre seating chairs, well they don't make a lift chair. Another selling deception. That's only half of them falsies in their brochure. This is a true story, no lies, no exaggeration, you got the condensed version without boring you to death lol
