I really love our sofa from Valencia Theater Seating. It matches my aesthetic perfectly. It is comfortable and I love that all the cushions are detachable. Valencia Theatre Seating was able to process our order and delivery it quickly. The white glove service was amazing. Highly recommend this company and their products.
I was hesitant to purchase a leather recliner online. I saw the Valencia Theatre Seating ad and saw the George chair. The style and design was appealing, the price was reasonable and the company guaranteed returns if not satisfied. I took the plunge and bought it. I got a call from the company rep about my chair, delivery and warranty. My George shipped and was delivered in about 10 days. The delivery staff was respectful and responsible to me, my home and my purchase. When it was set up I was thrilled. The chair was comfortable, sturdy and soft leather. Its moving parts glided into the positions I wanted. The chair arms are supportive and wide enough to support my arms without being huge or fluffy. I’m very pleased with the new man in my life so much so that I bought another George chair. Quality, style and customer service has made these purchases a positive experience. First buys from Valencia Theatre Seating but not the last.
From the time I placed the order to when they came to install they kept in contact with me. After install I had an issue with one of the chairs and they responded immediately and item was fixed. No hassle. My whole family find these chairs comfortable.
Wonderful experience with Valencia and highly recommend. The nicest sofa I’ve ever owned, it’s absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. The recliner is my favourite but my girlfriend loves the chaise lounge. All 4 of us for easily on the sofa.
Was looking for new luxury seating in our TV room to replace a pair of 15 year old lazy boys. This set came up during my search and the two chairs plus a table option in the middle fit the bill. Allowed us to remove an end table and provides more room in the TV room. Set is super comfortable (warming/massaging), great leather quality and arrived in great condition. So easy to set up! Very happy with purchase and highly recommend.
