I accidentally found the website online and found the sofa I was looking for. I wasn’t sure at first if I should get from them but after looking at their reviews and the company’s information I decided to get it . It took approximately a month to get delivered but after setting it up in my Karaoke room upstairs I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and make of the sofa. Very well design and good quality leather used. The only thing that does not work is the magnatic phone charger that is built in the center console. Otherwise it’s a good quality furniture.
I placed my order online but had assistance from Tolu in finalizing all of the details of my order. My order is out of the ordinary as I live way up north in Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada. Unfortunately, Valencia doesn’t ship here for free because it is a fly-in only community. Luckily, I came up with a plan and Tolu helped me execute it with help from Ahmed. The couch was shipped to our Cargo depot in Ottawa and they took care of sending it the rest of the way. Ahmed sent me pictures of the shipment before it left and was reachable for any follow up questions.While I had a couple of days where I wasn’t sure if it arrived at our Cargo Depot or not, we eventually received word that the Cargo Depot had received it and it was on the way to us.Couch setup was straight forward and easy and the packed individual chairs fit in through my house door easily.I love the new couch! Looking forward to buying another one when I retire for my retirement home theatre.
I have been looking for a home theater seating for my home for more than 6 months. Only in the last couple of months I have been tracking Valencia's offerings. They have amazing collections from traditional to contemporary designs.Their option to have the customer select the number of seating was something piqued me from the standard store offerings.My only concern is lack of stores to have a feel of the product before purchase. When I am spending few thousand dollars, I (for that matter anyone) would love to have feel and touch the product before making a decision. I am from DFW area and had an option to visit their only store to view the displayed products. There were not much for display, but that gave me an opportunity to note the quality of their products.It was a no brainer after that to make my purchase.Here are my feedback on my purchase1 - Sales team were never pushy. They give fair amount of information on the call (or in the store). This gives you enormous freedom to look around, for some one like me.2 - Product was delivered within the promised timeline. It was less thsan 2 weeks after my purchase3 - The product was impeccably packed to avoid any damages during the transit. (It took longer for me to properly unwrap than assemble the product)4 - Assembly of the product was real simple5 - Not but least the quality of the product I purchased was awesome (Tuscany 2 seater 11000 NAPA leather - 2025 edition)I would recommend Valencia to anyone for their awesome product quality, numerous styles and impeccable customer service.The only suggestion I have for Valencia is to have more showrooms to enable customers have a feel of the product before their purchase.
We have order two chairs from Valencia and had a great experience with both. Both chairs arrived quickly, well packaged, and the delivery driver’s brought it right up to our door (we live in a high rise). The chairs look great, are very comfortable, and are made with quality. Would definitely buy from Valencia again.
Love my new Armoni leather chair & ottoman. It is super comfortable, really well constructed, and fits in perfectly at the lakehouse. The leather is incredible soft but the dogs don't bother it. Highly recommended. Shipping was also quick - I think it was about 3 days and the followup checkins were nice to have.
Absolutely love my new Piacenza Power Theatre Seats! Its even better than I imagined! The quality, comfort, and design are top-notch, and it instantly became the centerpiece of our renovated basement. The chairs have power headrest, power reclining, USB A and C ports, and blue LED lighting. Along with a light up cup holder and plenty of elbow room if someone is sitting on the chair next to you. The buying process was seamless, and the customer service team couldn’t have been more responsive. They answered every question quickly and made the whole experience stress-free. Delivery was white-glove perfection. The team was professional, careful, and made sure everything was set up just right. A row of 4 chairs took a little under an hour to put together and align. But the best part? The extra time my two daughters now spend with me watching TV on our new “cool chairs.” They absolutely love lounging on them, and it’s become our favorite nightly ritual. Worth every penny for the comfort, quality, and those family moments.
