We own a retreat property in the Smoky Mountains and wanted upscale, durable furniture that stand the test of time. We bought the L-shape corner sectional and two Ella accent chairs. We love the way they look and how well built they seem to be. Excited to see how they hold up over the years.
We just got four of the Valencia Tuscany XL seats, and wow—they’re awesome! Delivery was smooth, but heads up: those boxes are huge, so grab a buddy to help. The leather feels super high-end, and setting them up was a breeze. These chairs are heavy (in a good way), and once clipped together, they’re rock solid—even when the kids decide to turn them into a jungle gym. The trays and wine glass holders? Total bonus. We’ve had some amazing movie nights already. The side storage is deep enough to toss in a pillow or stash all the remotes and controllers—no more toddler treasure hunts!
I purchased a chair and from start to finish of the transaction they've been the very best. It's an extremely large chair, customer service was top notch, they communicated everything clearly, arrival was right on time, delivery was white glove, and I would surely purchase with confidence from them again.
My experience with Valencia has been 10 stars from A to Z. I had some questions about their products so I gave them a call and they picked right up and answered everything I had to ask. I placed the order on the phone and they arrived even quicker than promised. I even received a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. Customer for life.
We recently purchased the Valencia 2025 New Tuscany Ultimate Luxury seating for 4. They were delivered quickly and in excellent condition. They sent us a video, so assembly was simple. We had our first watch party and had lots of fun. The seats are very comfortable.
The purchase was simple and efficient. There was a follow-up for an extended warranty that also went well. However, Valencia may want to reconsider the shipping company. I received an email with tracking number, went to the website and was told that I would have to call to schedule my delivery. I did so, and waited on hold for 20 minutes at which point I was booted. I tried again with the same result. I found and called a customer support number, which WAS answered, but they were unable to actually help. If I cannot get through to schedule the delivery, I will have to cancel the purchase.
