We were looking for a specific style and size of sectional and Valencia had exactly what we were looking for. The fact they are a Canadian company was also a nice bonus. When the furniture arrived, the delivery went smoothly, and all the packaging was removed. We were very impressed with the quality and comfort. The leather, in particular, is very nice.
Updated review: I have had the Valencia Tuscany XL console edition for a few weeks now and I am a big fan. A few days ago I went to a movie theater with reclining stadium seating and their seats were nowhere near as comfortable as the Valencias. Valencia also really stands behind their product. Mine had a small seam tear when I received them and Valencia quickly had it taken care of without question. Customer service is great. They really work hard to make sure that customers are happy and well taken care of. As I said in my initial review, I expect to own and enjoy the Tuscany XL console for many years. Solid product and I highly recommend it.
I love the couch. I'd give 5 stars, but it took 6 months to get it (I know they're made to order, it just took forever) and it's missing the free included tray tables. I'm hoping to get the tables yet. The couch itself is great!Edit - the tray tables are on their way.
