Changing my original order (7/13/25) well within the 24 hours allowed period went well although I was told straight out it was a “custom order” and would take 12-16 weeks for delivery, which I agreed to. The week after ordering it I was contacted 4 times by Lucas trying to sell me an extended warranty that he said I could get anytime before I received the item and I clarified to him “I’ve got 12 weeks to decide and the budget just wasn’t available to do it right now “, never did he say the item was being delivered in 2-3 days. R&L Carries scheduled a delivery for 7/23 & they didn’t know what it was for, which after I having took the day off between 10am-4pm, they canceled & rescheduled for the next day. The loveseat was delivered but I was only expecting the trays for it, as they were to be delivered separately. The side of one box was covered in graphite or ink & was tracked on my porch and into my house. The box had a hole in it from a pallet fork lift that also damaged the chair. The order being a so called “custom order “ can’t be returned & because I didn’t buy the extra insurance it’s to be received as is.Not totally satisfied!
Received now both Carmen single chair and love seat. We love both Items. Spacious, comfortable and mechanical functions all great. Workmnship and quality of product is of high standards for furniture manufacturing. The motors are very quiet when operated. Customer service and communications with the company was very responsive. Would recommend Valencia to anyone looking to buy quality leather seatings.
The company was so easy to deal with. There folks are so friendly & helpful. This is the second set of theater chairs we purchased from them. The chairs are very high quality. They are so well made & they look beautiful. We couldn’t be more delighted with them. We had a great experience not once, but twice!!!
We have a room that is both a family room and a theater room with a drop-down screen.The Barcelona model is the best fit for our needs. The headrest folds flat so the seating does not look so bulky when used for seating during the day. Plus, the lowered headrest is great listening to music.At night when used as a theater the chairs are firm and very comfortable. We went with the Nappa 20000 leather and it is very soft and luxurious to the touch. And customer service has been great!
As someone with back issues, I needed a recliner that didn’t sink too deep. This one is just right. The seat is firm but cushioned, and the recline position takes the pressure off my lower back. Assembly took a bit longer than expected, but customer support walked me through it.
The chair looks nothing like online version. Total disappointment. This was a gift for my husband who has been through hell this past year with his health. The picture looked like a chair he found and loved about 20 years ago. What we received looks like a crappy vinyl knock off, and not a good one. The shape is even different in person than the way it appears in the catalog. I cried after we put it together. Total loss.

Once we identified part, the communication with the company was easy and convenient. Verification of part order and confirmation of the order from start to finish via email was 3 days. Communication continues to be very good, as we have been notified it shipped and received tracking information. Very well done.
