The seats are probably OK, they are still in their boxes in the garage, so I can't comment. BUT the UK delivery company is not user friendly. Rhenus allow you to choose the date, but they choose the time slot, and inform you the afternoon before the delivery. I was informed delivery would be 6.30am-8.30am, which is too early for us. I requested they come after 9am. They came at 7am and delivery failed, as we were asleep and did not hear the bell as I had warned them.The following week re-delivery Rhenus said delivery would be at 9.20am, they came at 8.00am. We had to let them in wearing our pajamas.The only way you can contact Valencia's delivery company Rhenus is by What's App. If you don't have What's App, there is a telephone number which is not manned and no voicemail. Their only email is a no-reply email. Says it all. They like to deliver at the crack of dawn, regardless of any inconvenience at the customer end, then all the usual excuses NOT to deliver to a room of your choice. After delivery Rhenus send you a "survey" on their performance, but with all the answers ALREADY written in their own favour!Of course I complained to Valencia, they apologised and paid for the expense of getting another 2 men to take the four boxes to our Cinema room, as they are very heavy.I advised Valencia to get another delivery company to represent them, as one of the delivery people let slip that they get a LOT of complaints about turning up earlier than the time agreed.
I ordered these chairs around July 4 on a sale that they were having I was looking for something that would fit a very specific space measurement, wise, and these fit the bill perfectly while most anything else did not. I will say that the shipping was great. The communication from the company was great. The connection method used to connect the chairs together in the row is kind of finicky if you need to pull them apart it’s a ratcheting latch type thing and while it works, it’s not perfect. Overall, very thrilled with these chairs for the price.
We bought the Valencia 2025 New Tuscany Executive Heat & Massage Leather Home Theater Seating Row of 2, Midnight Black. The seats were boxed well and pretty easy to assemble. These seats are so nice. We love the massage feature, and the heat feature is better than I expected. I also bought trays for each chair. They store nicely in the storage compartment but when the tray is on, it is difficult to use the cupholders. Overall, I'm very pleased with these beautiful theater seats.
We've had our modular sofa for about 8 months now, and it's been great for our one-bedroom apartment. The pieces connect firmly and don’t slide. Fabric has held up well, even with a cat. We rearrange the layout when guests visit — super versatile. Arrived 3 days early!
