I love this furniture, always wanted a leather couch. The company was great to deal with, was able to track my shipment. The delivery was white glove, organized, and fast. I've had lots of compliments on the furniture. It's exactly what I was looking for, it's leather is soft, firm seating and beautiful.I would defintely buy from this company again, and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality leather furniture.
I found this couch after locating it at a major company and was unfamiliar with this brand and found it with a much better price. I contacted the company and they were able to have all my questions answered.The buying was so smooth and it arrived within a week . The couch was so impressive , the quality of the leather which was on the whole couch not just the seating that we ordered a recliner chair that came very quickly. We were very impressed and would recommend this company highly for anyone.
The delivery date was June 19th through the 26. My chairs arrived june 20th. Made contact with the freight company. They arrived @ the specified time. Drop shipped to my front door. I opened and assembled my chairs. Assembly was easy. The quality of the product was as described nice quality. Soft leather and feels very sturdy. I will be purchasing a sectional sofa from Valencia due to the upstanding quality of the Movie Recliners.
From ordering to delivery and setup, the whole process with my new Valencia theatre seats was absolutely seamless. The chairs look stunning and instantly elevate the room with a true “in-cinema” vibe. They’re incredibly comfortable—perfect for long movie nights—and the heated seats are a real bonus during the winter months (though I do find myself turning the heat off once it gets too warm!).If I had one wish, it would be for built-in or wireless controls instead of wired ones, but I imagine that would come at a higher price point. Still, this has been a brilliant purchase overall, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these seats to anyone looking to upgrade their home theatre.
We saw the sofa at an airbnb and loved it. We could not find a brand tag so I did used Google image search. Price, order process, and free shipping were excellent! The quality seems great, we love the firmness of the cushions. I was a little worried about the delivery scheduling but the shipper called to set up drop off at a convenient time.
