Our sofa arrived about a week later than originally scheduled due to weather delays, but customer support was communicative throughout. When it finally arrived, the packaging was intact, and the quality exceeded expectations. Soft leather, solid frame—worth the wait.
The delivery company they have partnered with ( Ceva Logistics) to deliver did not show up in the appointment window. They have not called, emailed or texted for any changes. I took off from the work for the 2nd half of the day and waited. No Idea when they will come. The product hopefully is good, but the delivery experience so far has been frustrating.
