Beautiful couch and it is comfortable. One of the manual headrests doesn’t work but company is going to get it fixed, and then one very small tear on the very back of couch possibly from delivery I do not know. Other than that for a blind email purchase I like it. If you are really tall your late will hang off quite a ways and also the head support won’t do much for you. I am only 5-3 and my heels hang off and my head is only partially supported, just something to think about:) also, VALENCIA, please please please pretty please with leather on top make a matching ottoman in the light cream color with matching light would and you would have countless buyers!!
The only problem with this product is that you can’t rate the product MORE THAN 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! With 2 hidden compartments & base/ cup lighting, the chair is a no brainer! The powered headrest is a delightful surprise. BEWARE: Since chair is the epitome of zen & perfection, you might have a slight issue coming out of the chair after the first use. You will be BEYOND RELAXED after sitting in it for about 20 minutes.
