I love my new couch! It looks amazing, It’s super comfortable, and you can’t beat the price! Delivery was simple and straightforward and all I had to do was put on the legs and voila! I’ve got a very handsome Italian leather couch in my living room… Worth every penny!
I bought this recliner as a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and it’s now the most used piece in our home. The leather softened beautifully after a few months, and the power recline makes lounging together so easy. Every guest has asked where we got it!

Worst experience I've ever had buying furniture.Can't speak to the quality of the chairs, but I can say that the shipping experience is the worst I've ever experience buying furniture. Bought two rows of Tuscany theatre seating from this company. The delivery was them dumping 900 lbs of boxes in my garage. How am I supposed to get this down the stairs to my basement home theatre on my own? Even discount home furniture stores offer delivery to the room of choice in house. I'm now going to have to spend hundreds of dollars on independent movers to get the seats downstairs. After already spending thousands on the seats and delivery fees so far. Valencia is positioning themselves in the premium segment of the market based on their prices. Yet they don't even offer the basic delivery services offered by discount furniture chains.
The design and comfort level exceeded our expectations. One seat cushion had minor creasing when it arrived, probably due to the packaging, but it relaxed within a few days. Customer support followed up to make sure everything was fine, which we appreciated.
Our couch is beautiful and arrived quickly! Delivery was easy to schedule. We purchased the insurance for any scratches, tears, etc. for 5 years and a big plus was that they will send someone to your home to repair...no worrying about shipping it back, etc.
