I love the couch, it is comfortable and has the right balance between softness and support. Looks great and modern. The only criticism that I have is that the pictures don't display the texture of the leather and the colour correctly which is a pretty big factor when you buy online. The images showed a smother leather without much grain and a brighter, lighter colour. I now have to repaint my walls to match the couch. But I decided to keep it as it is very comfortable and I didnt want the hassle of sending it back.
After thorough online research we decided to purchase the Valencia brand products for our home theater. Through their online chat support we were able to get in touch personally with a very knowledgeable sales rep who helped with the final configuration best for our needs which included a sectional sofa style and four recliner chairs. He was able to assure us that all seating was compatible and the materials and sizing would match flawlessly. The products were shipped quickly with each product very carefully packaged. All items arrived in perfect condition. The chairs and measurements were exactly as stated. The quality exceeded our expectations in build, construction, comfort and convenience.
