At first we had a problem with getting our loveseat delivery scheduled. Valencia Theater Seating shipped our loveseat out quickly but the delivery company kept telling us that they tried to schedule a delivery and we had to call the shipping company. So our loveseat got shipped back, well at least we think. And it took a couple of months because it took Valencia Theater days to get a hold of anyone to even do anything at the delivery company.So I got a hold of a representative with Valencia Theater and she took care of it quickly and the best she could. She got us a different shipping company and a new loveseat shipped out. And then we had it delivered on time! This shows how much they care about their customers.We love our loveseat, which our Leather Valencia Parma Chesterfield Loveseat. It's firm and soft at the same time. I can sit on it for a hours without my back hurting. And it's so pretty and stylish.
Our Valencia theatre seats just arrived last week. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Impeccable quality and worth every penny. These are extremely comfortable with multiple position options. They came individually boxed which made moving them to the second floor much easier. I purchased a Row of 3 Loveseat Right - Piacenza from Valencia Home Theater Seating through Amazon. I normally try to purchase products "ships and sold from" Amazon as much as possible, due to reliable Prime delivery. This order ships and sold from Valencia directly; however, it turned out to be the most joyful purchase experience after the year 2000. The order was placed on Thursday, Aug. 8th, close to midnight. A call was made by a sales representative the next early morning, to confirm contact information, verify exact product, then release it to carrier. Over the weekend, a call from the carrier was initiated to schedule for delivery on Tuesday, Aug 13th. In the meantime, friendly rep responded to inquiries with detailed communication via texts. Yes, 3 boxes arrived in my garage in 5 days (3 business days). A follow-up call came 3 days after delivery to make sure everything is alright.Assembling the seat is easier than getting it out of the box. A QR code launched short video shows you how it's done. After connecting all 3 pieces, the seat looks very modern, sturdy, and comfortable. We have watched about 10 movies on it so far, it's design, quality, and value definitely meet our expectations.Combined with excellent customer services, I would certainly like to make future purchases from Valencia as long as products fit our needs.
