I could not be more happier with my purchase of this single black leather recliner. It is everything and more than as described. The delivery time was exactly as promised, and super easy to put together. Basically 5 minutes to unpack and ready to use.I also ordered a second piece which was special order and two month out shipping date. We decided to go in a different direction and canceled the special order 6 weeks after ordering and NOT one bit of hesitation to refund my deposit, now that is a reliable company to deal with.Why we cancelled was to order an entire living room set from Valencia because the quality of materials and workmanship is second to none.They deserve 10 STARS!!
We love our Oxford Console Edition chairs! The build quality is extremely good, and all 3 seats are very comfortable. I've always wanted to have a home theater, and while we don't have the perfect spot for it in our new home, there was just enough room at the foot of the bed to put these and install an ultra-short throw projector in front of the seats. It's honestly *too* close, but it just makes the screen seem that much bigger! hah I can't wait to more fully kit out and decorate the room, but the chairs were the most important step and that's a solid 10 out of 10! The delivery process was also as pain-free as can be arranged with such a physically large purchase. The whole thing came in 6 total cube boxes, on 3 pallets. The drop of driver was helpful in using a hand truck to wheel the pallets into our garage on delivery so that they were safe off the street and allowed us to unbox at our leisure.
Although it took longer to get the couch than expected, it was worth the wait. The couch is very comfy to sit on and looks modern and high-end in our AirBnB rental. We have had stains in the couch since it is a light material that have come out easily with our steam cleaner and there is also piece of mind knowing that there is a 5-year warranty in case we can't get them out on our own. We're very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend this couch.
Good customer service with a great product. more details could be made available online. like dimensions and weight handling info and button options. Chair is great but only little thing is how the head support works, it pushes down the further you bring it out but when reclined its not as intrusive. buttons are not in a great place but work well. I found the chair seat to be very deep and i am 6 feet tall but could be me that's shaped weird. couple inches shorter in the seat and couple inches taller back would have solved everything. leather is awesome and will break-in beautifully. great chair for heavier guys as it has good support and very comfy.
Amazing product ordered from Valencia Theatre Seating. We ordered 6 carlo chairs. It was a wait I have to be honest about that but all for good reason. Even though there were a few delays with our order, Brenda who was BTS kept us promptly updated. Once the shipment was confirmed it was smooth sailing from there. On arrival, our chairs came in 3 large boxes and everything was put together upon opening. The quality was excellent and very sturdy. My wife and I are extremely happy and we will definitely be ordering from Valencia in the future. Thank you so much
