Very happy with my new Valencia home theatre seats. I went with 4 seats of the Tuscany model in black leather. The build quality is excellent and I’m very happy with the leather along with the motorized movement. Service was also very good and the delivery and setup went to schedule without any problems. Would certainly shop with them again!
I’m very happy with the sectional sofa I bought from Valencia Seating Theater. The style looks exactly like the picture. The color is actually a bit darker than the beige shown, but I like it because it matches the color of the walls and tiles in my house. Although I encountered some issues during the shipping process (one section of the sofa was damaged by a forklift during delivery), the support team worked tirelessly to make the replacement as quickly as possible. I’d like to especially thank Tolu and Jack, who were always there for me. They were incredibly kind and enthusiastic, responding to my calls and texts anytime I had questions. Purchasing an expensive item online, I was understandably worried when something went wrong, but Tolu and Jack’s attitude made me feel completely at ease while waiting for the replacement. I definitely recommend this company to my friends and will order from them again when I need something.
Recently received my Tuscany XL ultimate luxury chairs and they are very comfortable. White glove service was great, the guys took away the boxes and cleaned up any plastic wrapping.Additionally, chairs only took about 2 months for delivery vs the estimated 3-4 months. Lastly, customer service was excellent from ordering to the follow up calls.
A beautiful product. I’m so happy with the sectional. It is sturdy and well made and looks stunning. The shipping could have been better. The delivery company refused to bring the boxes up the stairs, even though it was supposed to be white glove delivery.
Purchasing a loveseat on-line, one you have never seen or sat in, and having it shipped to a remote West Coast location is a transaction that has the potential to be unsatisfactory.This however, is NOT THE CASE regarding my recent purchase of an Elodie loveseat from the good people at Valencia.I could not be more impressed by the luxurious quality and first-class craftsmanship, the design, and the comfort of this piece. My Elodie is absolutely amazing! I so very much look forward to the end of each day when Honey and I can enjoy some cinema and 'cuddle-up' on this beautiful, first class (in all regards) loveseat. There has not been a single detail overlooked in the construction. The leather is gorgeous, the seams are perfect, the reclining mechanism is remarkably smooth and very quiet. It's weighty, implying quality throughout, which also means you will need a friend to assist with the easy assembly process. I simply could not be happier or more impressed.None of my satisfaction could have been fulfilled without the remarkable customer-care I received. From the initial order to delivery to my door, I was extremely well taken care of by Naila Agha. She answered all my questions and kept me informed regarding the status of my order. She is truly a caring, respectful, intelligent Customer Care representative. Naila expertly managed the logistics associated with shipping to remote location (ie: an island off the West Coast). Having things shipped here can be a nightmare, but not the case regarding Valencia and Naila's outstanding expediting skills. Naila nailed it and made it seem effortless and painless! I simply cannot say enough regarding her expertise. From our first contact to the end of the transaction, Naila's effort and communication was unwavering. Quite honestly, she is the best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.On all points of the Elodie, quality, design, aesthetics, etc., I am exceedingly satisfied. On all points regarding Customer Care, I am more than exceedingly satisfied. My sincerest thanks and regards for all the Valencia personnel that made this transaction a wonderful experience.PS: The photos I have posted do not do justice to the Elodie, I'm just a poor photographer! The photos on the Valencia website are much better and provide a more accurate rendering of this loveseat.
