$185 Canadian dollars for a Made in China sunglass. If I knew it I would not have ordered it. They are good pretending they are cool but it is just another Chinese crap glasses. Shipping time toke so long. The glasses are OK for a $70 product but for $185 I expected an original product not China garbage.

Well worth it!

Perfect for up the mountain as well as hanging out.The comfort and quality of my classes is exactly what I expected from the product webpage and information. That not only look good but perform well. The leather side guards do their job and although you can feel them on your face they are not uncomfortable or annoying.

Outstanding Service

The service VALLON provided to me was outstanding. I had ordered a pair of sunglasses that had said were delivered however they had not. VALLON investigated and although through no fault of their own for the lack of sunglasses offered me a goodwill gesture to send me another pair. Throughout the process Lucia in Customer Care kept me updated and was very professional. The matter was resolved very quickly and efficiently.Their service is a credit and only wish other companies were the same.

Excellent Customer Service!

I recently ordered two pairs of Ski Aviator sunglasses for delivery to UK. I wasn’t aware they were to be shipped from abroad, although I now know that Vallon mention this on their website. HMRC charge import duty, VAT and a Royal Mail Handling charge because of new Brexit regulations on all packages coming from outside of the UK with a value above £135. We would have avoided the charge if we’d ordered the two pairs separately! Another Brexshit nonsense.We paid an additional £46 on the advertised price, but brilliant Vallon immediately agreed to refund all but the £8 Royal Mail Handling charge. The transfer was made in the same day I provided the receipt. Outstanding!Vallon’s quick response was exemplary and we are grateful for their excellent customer service. We are very happy with the outcome.
