Delivery info indicated that my item was in transit for over 5 weeks. By the time it arrived, I was very excited, but the item (a table runner) was very disappointing. Compared to the photo in the ad, the printing was blurry and the machine quilting did not outline the design as shown. Just a cheap product, not worth the money or the time.
I received the product I ordered, although it took longer than expected due to a pillowcase that needed to be shipped again because of a defect in the bedding set. However, overall, the product is absolutely beautiful, and I really love it. Despite the delay, I'm very happy with my purchase!
Very poor quality. I was extremely disappointed in the table runner that I received. The product in the advertisement showed a beautiful table runner, but what I got was a cheap piece of cloth, not even quilted, that looked nothing like the photo in the advertisement. I know it's going to be a fight trying to get my money back, because that's what it usually turns out to be, and even though I may not get the money back, I'm glad I had a chance to warn others not to order from this company.
The customer service was incredibly friendly and supportive, helping me correct the product and size to match exactly what I ordered. The items I received were exactly what I had been looking for. I'm very satisfied and will definitely continue supporting this store in the future!
Quilt is poorly made-stitching is large which usually results in product not holding together. Purchased a queen size quilt-"Sunbeam Serenity". The picture/design is very blurred. Too bad as the picture on the internet was beautiful. Definitely not worth the money!!!!
