While it took some time for the replacement to arrive, the product I received is exactly what I was looking for, and I'm very happy with it. Scam Is there anything lower than providing one star? No one should purchase anything from this so-called company. I should've known better since they don't offer refunds for the unsatisfactory quality of their products. What you will receive is a cheap version of what they show online. Their practices should be considered unlawful!
One star only because a star was required. Aweful product and customer service. The products they sell do not even resemble what is received. The quilting is so beautiful online and its huge scroll on the quilting of the items received. The bindings are beautiful online and very inferior on the product received. And they will not refund your money.
If there was a star lower than a one I would give it to this company. I ordered a quilted table runner for $39.99. They charged my card for 3 table runners and a tip which I certainly did not give. They charged me for something called compostable shipping and a then another shipping charge. Vantique charged me a total of $100.87. I had to correct them 3 times and they still couldn’t get it right so I cancelled my entire order after speaking with Pay Pal and filing a dispute. Finally, my bank notified me of my full REFUND. I let Vantique know I will never do business with them.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I previously wrote a review to warn other customers, but apparently it was not published. I unfortunately have bought 4 items from this company and none of them look anythlng like the pictures. My French Bulldag Quilt is the worst! It's scary! Honestly all of their so-called quilts are very cheaply made. Not only that, the items are pictures on cloth with some embroidery. I'm not sure if they understand what a true quilt really is. I hate all 4 of the items I bought from them. I take full responsibility for not researching them first. Do not be fooled by their pictures. Nothing I have even vaguely resembles what I received. I honestly want to save anyone the nightmare of not being able to return something you detest because they don't accept returns. I have posted my dissatisfaction with all my social media accounts with pics. Trust me, the pics speak for themselves. The French bull dogs on my quilt look like a 3 year old drew them. It would be funny if I hadn't bought 4 items. Unfortunately, I ordered all around the same time. It took forever to get them and I tried to cancel 3 of them after seeing how horrible the first one looked.
