Review Time
I bought this "QUILT" expecting it to be more than a poor silkscreen adaption that doesn't come close to the picture in the ad. I dealt with someone nonstop last evening by e-mail until 1 am, that must have been a robot or AI, as they failed to understand that the quality was beyond poor and the colour was deep blue not brown as shown. The design was totally misleading, and altho appearing to be an actual "quilt" it had none of the raised look in the photos. The area towards the top of the quilt, and I use the term 'Quilt' loosely, that is all puffy and quilt like, that is folded down in the photo does not have a design, period, and is black, as is the entire underside. It reminds me of a Harbor Freight $4.98 moving blanket but not as well sewn. The customer service person, if she was a person, was clueless and kept telling me to expect a 20% variation in colour and design. If not for the fact that rather than giving this to someone for Christmas, I'll either leave in a Salvation Army/DAV box or gift to someone on the street, I'd feel like I just threw away $150.00.Take a look at the ad and it appears these , "made to order", homemade items are quality. Nothing could be further and is a prime example of misleading advertising.
I wish there were 0 stars. This is the worst ever purchase I have made and this company is worthless. It is humiliating that they think it is okay to accept such a ridiculous replica of what was advertised. I wish I could add photos to show what was advertised and what was received. And they will do nothing about it, small print says there may be a 20% variance in what is advertised and what is received. So much further off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WHAT THEY SHOW IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.
Absolutely disgusting what these people Misrepresent their AI pictures make everything look like they are truly handmade when they are the cheapest thinnest substandard products I have ever received. I wouldn’t have bought this at the dollar store. These people are what’s wrong with this country absolute fraud!!!!!! google is as much responsible for the substandard quality as the company itself as Google does not care what companies advertise with them. They only care about their bottom dollar half of the companies. Google has advertised on the site aren’t even vetted. It’s disgusting!!!! stop patronizing the advertising companies shown on Google most are utter fraud.!!!!
I purchased my carpet because the motif was exactly what I was looking for for my family room. I had to wait a while for delivery of the carpet, but it was received JTI for my intended use. The item was vacuum packed, so when it was opened there were folds that "bulged" and I could not get the carpet to lay flat. An email was sent to customer service and I received a response quickly with a suggested solution. I tried the solution and it worked, but not to my satisfaction. I modified the process and had immediate success. I notified customer service and received an Immediate response to. I cannot say enough about the product and the service from this company.
The reviews are not available on the web site. Now I know why. The quilt I ordered was so cheap and really looked it. The print was blurry and the quilting pattern is random throughout even tho it shows as quilted around the printed figures in the website. Customer service said "No Refunds! Read the policy!" I will give this to the dog for her blanket.
