The QUILT is nothing like the quality shown in their advertisement. It is a printed on picture and machine quilted in a non-distinctive fashion. The quilt is very lightweight. Delivery was slow. If I could rate them a Zero, I would. They are not supposed by BBB. I WOULD RETURN THE ITEM IF I KNEW I WOULD GET REIMBURSED. I will never order from this company again.
Vantique advertises holiday “quilts,” that are actually photos painted on rug material. The advertised photos do not match the finished product. The quality is sub par with some areas being out of focus and even strange lines appearing crossing across the rug. The product would not be acceptable in any store and would even be passed up on a clearance rack.
The quality is very cheap, and not like the picture, but most disturbing were the pillow shams--totally different and not even matching each other. They are even bigger than they should have been for a Queen. It makes the whole set up look cheap. They said things can vary up to 20%. I'd say the unmatched shams are 100% defective as they don't match! NOT RECOMMENDED TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANAY!! WASTE OF MONEY!!
Ordered a quilt with a. Intricate jellyfish design. Received thin material with quilt like stitching in high contrast thread color with blurry photo print of design. Contacted seller who stated that the disclaimers on the site indicate that product is as described. Will not accept return or refund. False advertising. Shipping was slow. Product is absolute garbage.
The customer service was excellent. Promptly answered my shipping concerns and promptly returned a second order I made by mistake. The quilt is beautiful but thin. More like a cover up than what you expect in a quilt. I would not hesitate to order again!
