I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering a tote. I agree with all the statements that this company is a total scam! I thought I was going to get an applicated tote with schnauzers on the front! It is a very faded "Printed" fabric. So disappointing! It looks nothing like the picture on Face Book! I plan to order a tote for one of my friends.... but after seeing what I received (which took several weeks to receive)... I have no plans to ever order from Vantique! DON't WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAN!
If there were negative stars, negative 10. Very poor quality Christmas bed runners, even taking into account that I understood the images were printed on the fabric. I bought five for myself, three for my mother-in-law. The images are blurry, the fabric is cheap. The customer service sucks. "Too bad," is pretty much the response I got after jumping through hoops to get a refund. When a company says they want their customers to be satisfied, the customers expect them to stand by that. Vantique does not. They are not a reputable company, in my opinion, and their products (specifically the Christmas bed runners) are ABSOLUTELY not worth the over $50 they are charging. Save yourself the aggravation and don't purchase from them, no matter how good the product looks in photos.
Beyond HORRIBLE experience!!! Stay as far away from this company as possible. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order from CHINA!! The item was absolutely abominable and nothing like it appeared on their site!To make matters worse, I lost almost $70 because they would not allow me to return the item UNLESS it was damaged or the wrong item. Plus, they charged me for an item I never received!Their customer service is useless and only through AI-generated e-mail and they kept sending the same responses. DO NOT USE THIS PIECE OF TRASH SO-CALLED “COMPANY” unless you absolutely need to be ripped off!!!
ZERO STARS FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY! Like so many others have said, I should've, first, trusted my gut, and second, read the reviews before ordering. Ads are totally deceptive. The product I received was SO cheaply made. How could these horrible products even be offered for sale? Efforts to return and receive a refund were unsuccessful, OF COURSE. I hope people realize that the authenticity of ANY positive review for Vantique should be highly suspect. I have learned a huge $200 lesson here and don't want anyone else to do the same. And Dean Melton from Vantique customer service, we all know you are a BOT, so don't bother responding to this with your "cut & paste" response. It could not be more disingenuous.
The product is cute and a great Halloween decoration. It is not a rug or mat and for the cost I expected a heavier and more substantial material or to have a non slip backing. It is a light weight quilted throw and I placed it on top of my existing rug pad. It took 4 weeks to arrive and I wasn't sure I would get it. A pleasant surprise when it showed up. It is fun and will be easy to store.
