I spent almost $300 expecting a beautiful patchwork quilt and a blanket. After receiving emails that the items were delivered (but weren't) I reached out, only to receive them two weeks later.The items are nothing like what I ordered. Patchwork involves "patches" made of various fabrics that are sewn together to make a picture. These were merely scenes and images printed onto cheap fabric. Yes it was quilted but the quilting did not follow image lines but were merely quilted in a repeating design. MOST DEFINITELY not worth what I paid!!!They claim that these are handmade but they are a poor representation of a "handmade patchwork quilt"!
It took forever to get the quilt. I boight as a gif for my wife. I could not believe how THIN the spread was. I was ready to buy many more based on the pictures. I bought a bedding set as a birthday gift for my best friend, and she absolutely loved it! The design is beautiful, and it was the perfect gift to make her day special. She couldn't stop talking about how much she liked it. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely consider buying more gifts like this in the future!
Update on my review of Vantique. As I expected, they acted concerned, upset that I was unhappy with their product, yada, yada, yada. They suggested if I had any other concerns I should get in touch with their customer service. I have emailed back and forth with their customer service. They know their product is a sham but will not give me a refund. Avoid this company, do not buy anything from them. They are scammers and liars.
I bought the heart quilt as a wedding gift for my best friend, and she absolutely loves it! She was so happy with the product, and it made her day even more special. I'm very satisfied with the quality and will definitely be purchasing more gifts in the future. Highly recommend!
