The website's description of the tote bag said it would be stitched in a "stylish wave stitch pattern," and the photo seemed to show that the designs on the fabric were outline in stitches, too. The bag came, six weeks after the order was placed, stitched all over in a diamond design. There's nothing attractive about the tote. It wasn't worth even one-quarter of what I paid for the bag.
I ordered a bedding set & didn’t realize until I got it 6 weeks later that I ordered the wrong one as to what I intended. Vantique would not work with me on exchanging it They said it is too costly to ship & didn’t even offer that they would exchange if I pay the shipping cost. The customer service right there said it all & that is why we need to buy from USA
Absolutely HORRENDOUS, the worst quality set ever. Paid $155 just for the set and more for shipping for it to show up looking nothing like the product advertised. This is a huge scam and is not handmade nor is it genuinely quilted, it is printed. Do NOT buy from this place.
The hummingbird-themed products are absolutely beautiful, and I'm very satisfied with them! I bought a bedding set and a table runner with this theme, and my home looks stunning with these items. They really add a touch of elegance and charm. Highly recommend!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a tree skirt and table runner from Vantique. After weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed them to ask if there was a tracking number available. They sent one, but it appeared the package was stuck in another state for days. A week later, it said the same, so I contacted them again. This time they said it was on it's way and they would ask the shipper to expedite delivery. The next day the tracking was updated to show it was delivered - a week prior - but our security cameras show NO such delivery, attemped or otherwise. When I reached out again, they simply said the matter was settled because the tracking shows it was delivered. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge and they denied my claim because this company showed them a tracking confirmation of delivery... but I didn't receive anything! So now I'm stuck paying a significant charge for items I never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Edit: I reached out the USPS regarding the tracking confirmation Vantique is claiming as proof of delivery and this was their response: "...this third-party seller is giving their customers fake/used tracking numbers. This item was delivered to another customer and another address entirely different than the address you have provided." Despite their canned response below and supposed proof of delivery, this site is a SCAM.
